How much do your services cost?
Each brand package is bespoke to each business, but once we’ve discussed your businesses needs, I’ll put together a custom proposal/quote just for you.
How long do projects take?
The timeframe will vary depending on the scope of the project, but on average, a brand identity project may take 4-8 weeks to complete. Websites take 8-12 weeks once your content is in-hand. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let me know right away.
What if I just want a logo?
We do offer a logo design package specifically for clients who have a tight budget and timeline. Clients can quickly establish a distinctive brand identity, enabling them to make a strong impact in their target market without compromising on quality or professionalism.
What files will I receive from you?
You’ll receive all the files you’ll ever need for your business. These include: AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG, PNG & SVG. And you’ll also be given a File Type Guide document that shows the usage of all of those file types.
I have a concept in mind, can you just do that and will it be cheaper?
Love that you’ve considered some ideas behind your branding and will definitely consider any ideas or concepts in our development stage. Please send your ideas through and I’ll keep you updated through the journey as to whether it’s fitting in or not.
Our process includes a suite of stages including research, strategic decisions, creative development and finalisation of the deliverable items. Each stage plays a vital role in producing quality holistic outcomes that represent your business to the right audience.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do. Working with a designer is a big investment, so I try to make payments as simple as possible. Most projects are broken into 2-3 instalments depending on the size with the first deposit required to hold your spot on our schedule.
