Brand Strategy with the 3C’s

Brand Strategy combines your business’s goals and character to make it identifiable.

So how do you create a brand strategy that’s both marketable, competitive and will stand out from others in the same industry, by implementing ‘the 3C’s.’

Having brand consistency ensures that your business is easily recognisable across all marketing touchpoints. This creates a more memorable, trusted and easily to recognise brand for both existing and potential customers.

In order to gain customers that will be loyal to your brand no matter what, you first have to know how to attract those people. Knowing the ‘why’ of your business will not only guide the direction, but will also help create a connection and a sense of trust with your customers.

Understanding your target customer will give your business the opportunity to focus on their needs and build trust which will keep your customers coming back and referring your business to others.

Brand connection is your business’s voice and tone matter. It’s the human element that allows your business to connect to existing and potential customers on a more personal level. This helps to put a face to your brand and allows your customers to see the fun and natural side of your business.

Hi there, I’m Nicole

I’m a brand identity designer with more than eight years of experience in the brand development and design space. After graduating from University with a Bachelor in Visual Media, I set my sights on creating meaningful brands that value in working towards changing the lives of those around them.

What lights me up is seeing a business transform from an idea into a living, breathing brand.

Being a boutique size studio I’m able to collaborate with you on a more personal level, paying attention to every stage, from concept to completion. Whether it’s a new business starting up or an already established business that needs a new angle, my passion is creating that connection with your existing and potential customers.

Interested in starting a project?

As soon as you book in via the enquiry form or email, an in-depth questionnaire will be sent to you asking to share details about your business’s goals, identify your ideal customer, pinpoint your customer’s pain points, and define your brand’s attributes. Having this information upfront ensures that we are crafting a strategy and design that aligns with where you envision your business going.

A written proposal is prepared, detailing the project’s objectives, phases, duration and budget. Once the proposal is approved, a Statement of Work (SOW) will be be sent to you which acts as an agreement, setting out the scope of the project, payment terms and invoice schedule. Once the initial deposit is paid, you’ll be booked on my design calendar.

I’ll review your completed questionnaire and commence research about your business. A curated collection of images, textures, typography and colours will be gathered in the form of a stylescape, which will help with the overall brand’s visual direction. I’ll deliver two stylescape concepts for you to review.

Once we have established a visual direction for the project, we will implement that style into design concepts to refine together. I’ll give three rounds of revisions to ensure every last detail feels aligned.

Once you approve the final designs, I will provide you with everything we worked on together into a downloadable ready-to-use file, as well as a brand guidelines document. All files are provided in an organised digital file system, ready for you to download, use, and share with the world.

How does this process sound to you?
